DecemberUsers with @nhs.net email accounts, IMPORTANT
For all users with @nhs.net email accounts, we are experiencing a bounce back of our sent emails (e.g. Confirmation emails .. etc), the @nhs.net host server is refusing to receive them, which is affecting your experience on our website.
Solution:
1- Please add these email addresses support@medexmasters.co.uk and admin@medexmasters.co.uk to your 'Safe Senders'
2- If this doesn't work please try using a different email (for example gmail).
